Job Description

Role: Sales Manager 

Reports to: Area Sales Manager

Grade: JM1 TO JM2

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Operational Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Intensive lead generation and ensuring budget/target achievement along with containing the required product knowledge 
  • Responsible for 4 daily sales calls 
  • Accountable for engaging with the channel and for driving the contest if any to achieve the business numbers

Compliance & Adherence

  • Ensuring all the activities including conducting contests to following new and existing processes are following the required compliance and adherence requirement

Key Requirements- Education & Certificate:

  • Post Graduate from a reputed institute will be preferred

Key Requirements- Experience & Skills:

  • Excellent sales skill, convincing skills, lead generation and time management are required 
  • Proven experience of 3+ years is required
  • Preference will be given to the candidate with existing sales knowledge & bancassurance industry
  • Personal 2-wheeler with the driving licenses will be preferred
