Job Description

Meeting the penetration percentage targets of HDFC products along with achieving the GWP (Gross Written

Premium) and market share targets decided by the company

· Cross-selling of products to maximize the profit

· Regular interaction and co-ordination with the line managers, channel partners, Third-Party Team (TPT), Area

sales manager, Business Development Representatives (BDR) and other sales managers of the bank

· Connecting with the various teams including the operations and sales team of HDFC ERGO for any claim related

settlements

· Providing the required training to the Business Development Representatives

· Achieving the daily target of 10 calls and reporting the work daily through on-call (huddles)

· Containing required product knowledge and ready to travel minimum 2 to 3 days weekly

· Adherence to 100% compliance
