- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with neurological conditions to determine their physical capabilities and limitations.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at improving mobility, strength, and functional independence.
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and electrotherapy.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on the rehabilitation process, exercises, and strategies to manage their conditions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including neurologists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and continuing education opportunities to stay current with best practices in neurorehabilitation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Work Experience
Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in neurorehabilitation or a related field.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
