Role Purpose
To ensure effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) across all units, covering ISO 9001 and OHSAS 45001/ISO 45001 requirements. The role also drives KPI governance, performance monitoring, and crossfunctional alignment to support operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Integrated Management System (IMS) Management
Maintain and update IMS documentation, procedures, formats, and records.
Coordinate MR (Management Representative) activities for ISO 9001 & OHSAS 45001/ISO 45001.
Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and customer-specific requirements.
Facilitate internal audits, external audits, and surveillance audits.
Track audit findings, corrective actions, and closure within defined timelines.
Conduct risk assessments, aspectimpact analysis, and hazard identification.
Drive continual improvement initiatives across all units.
2. Lead Auditor Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and execute internal audits across all departments and units.
Train and guide internal auditors and process owners.
Evaluate process effectiveness and identify gaps in QMS & OHSMS implementation.
Prepare audit reports and present findings to management.
3. KPI Governance & Performance Monitoring
Develop, track, and monitor KPIs for all units (Quality, Production, Maintenance, HR, Safety, etc.).
Consolidate monthly KPI dashboards and highlight deviations.
Coordinate with unit heads to ensure timely data submission and accuracy.
Analyze trends and recommend improvement actions.
Support management reviews with KPI insights and performance summaries.
