About the Role:
- The Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - HR (Analytics) is responsible for excellent coordination, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to process enhancement and data management. The incumbent should be proficient in MS Office, Excel, G-Suite, and Workday, with a demonstrated ability to leverage strong analytical skills to drive data insights and process improvements.
- The person will report to the Manager - HR. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Employee Headcount Management: Collaborate with HODs and branch managers to ensure monthly employee headcount is accurately reconciled, including correct tagging of reporting managers and branches. Generate and disseminate timely, accurate employee headcount reports to all relevant stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Apply strong analytics to identify process gaps and implement strategies for efficiency and effectiveness improvements.
- Presentation and Dashboard: Responsible for maintaining the Pan-India Employee Organization Chart on Google Slides and assisting in the preparation of dashboards.
- Workday Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of Workday processes, including hands-on experience with employee Workday ID creation, employee transitions, and organization chart management. Actively participate in Workday meetings, providing insights and recommendations to enhance the utilization and efficiency of the platform.
- Process Enhancement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement solutions for a seamless HR operation. Define data-backed people strategies to support business transformational programs.

Educational Qualification / Other Requirement:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in HR or related field (Masters preferred).
- Minimum 2-4 years experience in HR Analytics role
- Proficiency in MS Office & Advanced Excel (G-Suite will be an advantage)
- Familiarity with the Workday system is an added advantage for this role.
