Role Overview:

The Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Business Outreach & Partnership Development is a high-energy, field-intensive role responsible for driving grassroots expansion of WISE education and skilling partnerships across multiple cities. This role mirrors a strong on-ground execution model, requiring frequent travel, in-person engagement, and relationship-building with institutions, industry partners, skill centres, and ecosystem stakeholders. The objective is to enable program adoption, strengthen local presence, and accelerate partnership conversions in targeted regions.The incumbent will act as the local face of WISE, building trust-based networks and translating outreach into sustainable collaborations.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Field Outreach & Partner Engagement

  • Conduct structured, regular field visits across assigned cities.
  • Identify and engage:
  • Colleges & educational institutions
  • Training partners & skill centres
  • Industry bodies & local employer networks
  • Workforce and apprenticeship facilitators
  • Build working relationships with Centre Heads, Principals & Administrators, Placement Officers, Local management & trustees
  • Drive awareness and adoption of WISE programs (B.Voc, D.Voc, Skill Certifications apprenticeship-linked models).


2. Partnership Development & Activation

  • Initiate and progress partnership discussions aligned with WISE education and workforce models.
  • Present program value propositions clearly and confidently.
  • Support documentation, MoU coordination, and internal approval processes.
  • Facilitate onboarding and initial rollout coordination with operations and academic teams.
  • Ensure partnerships move from discussion to activation efficiently.


3. Institutional & Ecosystem Networking

  • Develop strong networks within local education and skill development ecosystems.
  • Represent the organization at Workshops, Orientation sessions, Roadshows, Community and industry events
  • Build long-term credibility through consistent physical presence and follow-up.
  • Strengthen WISE brand visibility within assigned territories.


4. Execution, Tracking & Coordination

  • Maintain disciplined tracking of outreach activities, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Update CRM and internal systems accurately.
  • Provide regular reports on Leads generated, Meetings conducted, Partnerships progressed and Market insights
  • Share structured feedback on competitor activity, pricing sensitivity, and ecosystem challenges.
  • Coordinate closely with Academic, Operations, and Partnerships teams to ensure seamless execution.

  • Number of field visits and institutional meetings conducted
  • Qualified partnership leads generated
  • Partnerships signed and activated
  • Regional program rollout success
  • Follow-up discipline and CRM accuracy
  • Local brand visibility and ecosystem penetration


Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Management, Marketing, Business Development, or related field.
  • 26 years of experience in:
  • Field sales
  • Outreach-driven roles
  • Education / skilling ecosystem engagement
  • Institutional relationship management
  • Prior experience in multi-city territory management preferred.
