Job Title: Senior Executive Ad Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Drive advertising sales across assigned categories and regions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and retail clients.

Identify new business opportunities and pitch relevant advertising solutions.

Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and presentations to negotiation and closures.

Coordinate with the revenue strategy, marketing, and operations teams for campaign execution.

Track performance of campaigns and share timely reports with clients.

Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Required Experience & Skills:

56 years of experience in Ad Sales with strong exposure to Corporate + Retail clients.

Mandatory: Background in TV Ad Sales.

Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills.

Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within timelines.

Proactive, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced media environment.

Qualification:

Graduate/Post-Graduate in Marketing, Business, Media, or related fields.
