Education: CA / CFA (preferred) / MBA (Finance) from reputed institution

Role Brief:

We are looking to hire a high-caliber Equity Research Analyst with strong bottom-up research capabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience at a small or mid-sized Mutual Fund or AIF.

The role is sector-agnostic and requires independent idea generation, deep financial analysis, and conviction-driven research.

Role Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth fundamental research on companies and sectors.

Build and maintain financial models (earnings forecasts, valuations, sensitivity analysis).

Prepare research reports, investment notes, and institutional presentations.

Track market developments, corporate announcements, and macro trends.

Support the Institutional Sales team with actionable investment ideas.

Participate in earnings calls, management meetings, and industry interactions.

Assist in generating trade ideas using both fundamental and technical analysis.

Maintain sector databases and update coverage universe regularly.

Role Requirements:

10 years of relevant experience

Preference: Small/Mid-sized Mutual Fund or Cat III AIF
