Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Enterprise Architect to lead the design and evolution of enterprise-wide architecture across core banking, client experience platforms, and marketing technology ecosystems. The ideal candidate will bring deep banking domain expertise, strong architectural leadership, and hands-on experience with Microsoft ERP/CRM platforms, Temenos core banking, and modern MarTech tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise architecture strategy aligned with business and technology roadmaps
• Architect and integrate client experience platforms including Microsoft-based ERP and CRM solutions
• Lead architecture design and governance for Temenos core banking systems
• Collaborate with business, IT, and marketing teams to align MarTech platforms with customer engagement and analytics goals
• Ensure seamless integration across core banking, CRM, ERP, and marketing tools
• Establish architecture standards, best practices, and reference architectures
• Support digital transformation initiatives and modernization programs
• Provide technical leadership and mentor solution and domain architects
• Engage with senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, secure architectures

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture roles
• Strong experience with Microsoft ERP/CRM platforms (Dynamics 365 or similar)
• Proven hands-on experience with Temenos core banking solutions
• Solid understanding of MarTech ecosystems (marketing automation, customer data platforms, analytics tools, campaign management, etc.)
• Strong background in banking and financial services architecture
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns, APIs, data architecture, and security
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to Have

• TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• Exposure to digital banking and omnichannel customer experience initiatives
