Senior Technical Manager / Chief Architect

About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Technical Manager / Chief Architect with 15+ years of experience to lead enterprise application architecture and end-to-end delivery . This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can drive scalable, cloud-native solutions while managing large Agile teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own enterprise and solution architecture
- Lead MVPs, production releases, and platform modernization
- Drive monolith to microservices migration
- Manage and mentor large Agile teams (30+ members)
- Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders on business and technical decisions
- Architect solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Enable CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes , and DevOps best practices
- Ensure security, compliance, and performance standards
Required Skills
- Frontend: Angular / React / Vue.js / TypeScript
- Backend: Java, Spring Boot, Node.js
- APIs: REST, GraphQL
- Architecture: Microservices, System Design
- Cloud: AWS / Azure / GCP
- DevOps: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
- Methodologies: Agile / SAFe / Scrum
Experience & Qualifications
- 15+ years in software engineering and leadership
- Strong experience in architecture + delivery management
- Proven people leadership and stakeholder management skills
- SAFe / Cloud certifications are a plus
