Senior Engineering Manager - Enterprise Product development - Pune

Are you a seasoned engineering leader who thrives at the intersection of technical excellence and people leadership? We're looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to join our Enterprise Digital Office and lead high-impact teams building next-generation platforms.

What You'll Do

You'll own the architecture, delivery, and technical roadmap for scalable Java/J2EE-based web platforms while driving AI integration into both products and engineering workflows. You'll mentor tech leads, partner with cross-functional teams, and champion modernization across cloud, data, and security domains.

You're a Great Fit If You Have

• 15+ years of software engineering experience with deep Java/J2EE expertise
• Proven track record leading multiple engineering teams
• Strong command of Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, and CI/CD
• Experience integrating AI/ML services into web applications
• Solid grasp of security best practices OAuth2, JWT, OWASP

Bonus Points For

• SaaS or large-scale platform experience
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools
• Legacy Java modernization and event-driven system design.
