Senior Engineering Manager

Bachatt is transforming how Indian merchants saves.

While people have tried and solved the credit needs of merchants over past few years, savings as a services has largely remained unsolved. Most instruments are either too strict (High lock-in, high entry amount), or too rigid (monthly savings only).

Over last 6 months, we solved a part of it, and scaled to a million customers.

As we foray into developing more solutions, we are looking to hire a talented Engineering Manager to lead our savings product at Bachatt.

Requirements

• 48 years of engineering experience, preferably in fintech/payments/lending

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with AMCs, building LOS/LMS systems
• Exposure to bureau integrations (CIBIL/CRIF), fraud scoring, or risk models
• Experience with user research or building consumer-facing journeys
