Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage platform engineering teams (cloud, DevOps, AWS migration, data engineering).
• Own delivery, reliability, and evolution of platform capabilities across multiple product teams.
• Partner with Architects, Product Teams, and Engineering Teams to define and execute the platform roadmap.
• Establish strong engineering practices around availability, security, performance, cost optimization, and automation.
• Drive agile execution, including sprint planning, backlog management, and predictable delivery while maintaining a high engineering bar.
• Act as a technical escalation point for platform-related incidents, challenges, and cross-team dependencies.
• Ensure continuous improvement in platform architecture, operational practices, and engineering standards.
• Collaborate on cloud migration strategies and transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience in leading and managing engineering teams (people management and technical leadership)
• Hands-on expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), DevOps practices, and platform engineering
• Experience in cloud migration, platform reliability, and distributed systems
• Strong understanding of availability, security, performance, cost optimization, and automation best practices
• Expertise in agile execution, sprint planning, and delivering high-quality engineering outputs
• Ability to act as technical escalation point for platform-related incidents and cross-team dependencies
• Proven track record of defining and executing platform roadmaps in complex enterprise environments
• Excellent collaboration skills with architects, product teams, and engineering peers

Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
