Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for the entire engineering organization, infrastructure, quality assurance, and technical operations
• Develop and implement the technical vision and strategy that supports our business goals and market position
• Lead engineering teams through complex technical challenges while maintaining high standards of excellence
• Establish engineering processes, metrics, and best practices to optimize productivity, quality, and innovation
• Manage department budgets, resource allocation, and capacity planning effectively
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams through recruitment, coaching, and professional development
• Drive technology modernization and continuous improvement initiative

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive engineering experience
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in Site engineering activities
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience leading geographically distributed engineering teams
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies, DevOps practices, and modern software architecture
