Senior Engineer – Vehicle Testing

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform EV vehicle testing and validation as per defined test procedures
• Conduct road testing, performance testing, range testing and durability testing of EV two-wheelers
• Testing and evaluation of battery packs, motor, motor controller and vehicle electrical systems
• Diagnose issues during testing and support root-cause analysis
• Prepare detailed test reports, data analysis and documentation
• Support prototype testing and product development activities
• Ensure compliance with EV standards, safety norms and homologation requirements
• Coordinate with R&D, Design, Hardware and Software teams for improvements
• Monitor vehicle performance and suggest design improvements
• Maintain proper testing records and logs

Requirements:

• Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive or Mechatronics
• Experience: 37 years
• Experience in Automotive or EV industry
• Experience in EV two-wheeler testing preferred
• Good knowledge of EV vehicle systems
• Basic understanding of battery systems and motor controllers
• Knowledge of testing equipment and measuring instruments
• Ability to perform road testing and long-distance testing
• Basic computer skills (Excel, report preparation)
