| Key Purpose of the Job : |
| Development of Induction motor/high efficiency special electric machines(PMSM, Syn Rel) |
|

| Educational Qualification / Experience required : |
| Bachelors/Masters in Electrical Engineering |
|
|
| Key Responsibilities : |
| 1. Responsible for EM design, proto building and proving |
|
|
| Task Analysis: |
| Indicative Tasks |
| 1. Responsible for EM design, proto building and proving |
| Understand the VOC and prepare the design strategy |
| EM design, loss prediction, cowork with mechanical team to achieve optimum thermal/electrical perfromance |
| Asess the impact of motor performance due to mechanical stress and arrive at the optimum design to test ratio |
| 2. Responsible for getting the statutory approval for motors |
| Awarness on NEMA/IEC standard approval |
| CE/UL approval in coordination with external agencies/lab |
| Ensuring availability of all necessary standards |
