Senior Engineer -IT

Job Description:

Responsibilities:
 

· Responsible for the functional specification, technical design, implementation, and support of Oracle Service Cloud Solutions.

· Connect PHP – Custom Scripts and CPM (object event handlers).

· All Agent Desktop/BUI configuration areas.

· Integrate new and maintain existing integrations of Oracle Service Cloud with third party applications and systems.

· Implement Add-Ins using BUI framework.

· Customize and extend the Oracle Service Cloud / RightNow application utilizing custom objects, custom fields, Add-ins, and Oracle Service Cloud APIs.

· Prepare clear and concise reports, dashboards, and data extracts.

· Extending, customizing, and developing OSC Widgets.

· Exhibit a strong understanding of connect PHP and REST APIs, effectively integrating them with various applications.

· Participate in project management and planning, provide guidance and leadership on Oracle Service Cloud-related project planning and activities.

Experience & Qualifications:
 

· Minimum 4 years of experience in oracle service cloud application.

· Been part of minimum 2 successful implementation of Oracle Service Cloud/RightNow application.

· Excellent problem-solving abilities paired with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
