We are looking for a dedicated Maximo Application Suite Support Consultant with 3 to 6 years of experience in handling Maximo issues and service requests The ideal candidate should have experience working with ticketing systems like Service Now be aware of ITIL processes and be ready to work in shifts Being selfmotivated and having proficiency in multiple languages will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

Provide support for Maximo Application Suite addressing issues and service requests promptly

Utilize ticketing systems such as Service Now to manage and resolve incidents

Follow ITIL processes to ensure efficient and effective service delivery

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and procedures

Work in shifts to provide 247 support coverage as required

Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders in multiple languages if applicable

Qualifications

3 to 6 years of experience in supporting Maximo Application Suite

Proficiency in using ticketing systems like Service Now

Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices

Ability to work in shifts and provide roundtheclock support

Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail

Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication skills with proficiency in multiple languages being a plus

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field

Preferred Skills

Experience in the manufacturing domain

Certification in ITIL or related technologies

Familiarity with other ERP systems and their integration with Maximo
