Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes: sheet metal, machining, tooling, surface finishing.
- Expertise in drawing interpretation, GD&T, fixturing, and gauging.
- Familiarity with special processes (e.g., welding) is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of aerospace quality standards and requirements.
- Hands-on experience with aerospace documentation, PFMEA, risk analysis, and mitigation.
- Ability to manage customers and stakeholders effectively.
Experience & Skills:
- 35 years in New Product Development related to Sheetmetal ; minimum 2 years in Aerospace NPD & qualification.
- Proficient in process selection and identifying key process characteristics.
- Experience with PPAP & APQP procedures.
- Strong troubleshooting, people management, and team collaboration skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Knowledge of AS9100 / ISO9001:2015 compliance.
