Senior Engineer - Clutches CVPD

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Design and Development of Clutch release bearing , CMC , SSC , CSC , bundy pipes ( HPP , LPP) , Dual mass flywnheel
2. Application approvals of clutch and clutch release system
3. Routing & packaging study , CAD level in depth knowledge in UG-Nx , Creo & Catia & Teamcenter (PLM) is must.
4. Hands on experience on casting , forging , sheet metal part design ( e.g. clutch housing , clutch release fork , flywheel etc ) modeling & drawing preparation.
5. In depth knowledge of Part, Drawing & assemblies in CAD.
6. Proficient in G&D tolerancing , DFMEA , DOE , Root cause analysis , VAVE , Team player , understanding on CAE is added advantage
7. Candidate should able to make/verify the project SOR, Review of Design Technical Proposal, Drawings for new development or any modification. Considering the voice of customer / customer requirement/Business strategy, regulations, cost quality (durability/reliability), time, and emerging trends in technology.
