Senior Engineer - CEA

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• DVP Robustness: Validate designs for long-term reliability under diverse conditions.
• Release New Testing Standards: Develop and implement updated testing protocols.
• Develop New Test Methods: Innovate methods for evaluating product reliability.
• Field Failure Analysis: Analyze root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Field-to-Lab Correlation: Establish accurate field and lab performance links.
• Prepare DFMEA: Identify and mitigate design failure risks systematically.
• CFT Collaboration: Work in cross-functional teams for aligned problem-solving.
• CFT Meetings: Lead discussions to address reliability concerns and decisions.

Experience

3 to 6 Years

Industry Preferred

Farm Machines, Automotive, Comercial Vehicle, Tier1 Automotive/Farm/Commercial Vehicle Suppliers 

Qualifications

BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech

General Requirements

- Problem trouble shooting and root cause investigation
- Understanding of tractor operations and applications
- Understanding of product development process
- Basic Understand about reliability measure and monitoring

Functional Competencies:

Knowledge on DFMEA & DVP
Knowledge on Failure Root Cause Analysis
Knowledge on Various Lab and Field Testing Methods.
Documentation - Create New Test procedures & Release as Standards
Data Analysis: Analyze field/Lab data to identify trends and potential issues
