Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
• Build, enhance, and maintain automation frameworks (Selenium / Cypress / Playwright / Appium).
• Analyze business and functional requirements to create detailed test scenarios and test cases.
• Perform regression, smoke, integration, and system testing to validate application stability and performance.
• Identify, log, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
• Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, and QA teams to ensure alignment on testing scope and objectives.
• Increase automation coverage and optimize test execution time through reusable components and best practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience in Automation Testing using Selenium with Java is required.
• Experience in building and maintaining scalable automation frameworks is essential.
• Good understanding of JUnit or other test frameworks is preferred.
• Familiarity with CI/CD integration for automated test execution is expected.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and test-driven development practices is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills to identify root causes of defects are important.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills are required for cross-functional teamwork.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
