Senior Engineer - Automation Field Operation

Job Profile Overview:

An Electrical Engineer designs, develops, tests, and supervises the installation of electrical equipment, components, and systems. Verify the complete system readiness for process automation.

Role: Automation Field Operation (Sub- Main)

Education: Diploma or BE in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Technology Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field.

Years of Experience: 4- 6 years

Work Location: Bhosari, Pune 411026

Travel Requirement: Yes (If required)

Accountable & Responsible for:

1. Ensure all instruments are installed in accordance with the approved P&ID.
2. Verify that all instrument tags are installed and aligned with the P&ID specifications.
3. Confirm completion of all instrument wiring connections and SOV gang tubing as per electrical wiring drawings and the approved input output list.
4. Ensure hardware configuration activities are completed by the System Integrator (SI).
5. Document and report any short-supplied instruments or components in the relevant checklists.
6. Conduct and verify input/output testing as per the approved I/O list, including validation of valve tags against HMI/IPC/SCADA faceplates.
7. Ensuring installation, configuration, and calibration of load cells and level transmitters, where applicable.
8. Verify RPM readings (Main Motor, HSM, Agitator) and confirm results are within acceptable limits.
9. Complete, review, and submit the executed I/O list to the QA team.
