1. Civil & Construction Management

• Plan, supervise, and monitor civil construction, renovation, and maintenance activities in the plant.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure quality and timely completion.

• Prepare BOQs, estimates, and work progress reports.

• Ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety norms.

2. Area & Infrastructure Management

• Oversee maintenance of plant infrastructure  buildings, roads, drainage, and water/sewage systems.

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives for facility upkeep and safety.

3. Housekeeping Management

• Supervise housekeeping operations across production areas, offices, and open spaces.

• Develop and monitor cleaning schedules; ensure 5S and EHS compliance.

• Manage service providers to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.

4. Gardening & Landscaping

• Plan, develop, and maintain gardens and green areas within the facility.

• Oversee horticulture contractors and ensure timely upkeep and plantation activities.

• Implement eco friendly landscaping practices.

5. CSR Project Support (Verification Role)

• Review and verify quantity and quality of civil works executed under CSR initiatives.

• Conduct site inspections and validate contractor bills, measurements, and workmanship.

• Provide technical feedback to the CSR and project management teams for documentation and approval.

• Ensure that all CSR works meet company quality and safety requirements.

6. Vendor & Contract Management

• Prepare technical specifications, assist in vendor selection, and monitor performance.

• Ensure adherence to contractual terms, timelines, and cost control measures.

7. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with all EHS, statutory, and company standards in civil and facility operations.

• Conduct regular audits and promote a safe working culture

• Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

• Experience: 5–8 years in civil engineering, facilities management, and infrastructure maintenance in an industrial setup.

• Skills Required:

  • Sound knowledge of civil construction and maintenance.

  • Understanding of quantity and quality verification processes.

  • Strong contractor and vendor management abilities.

  • Good communication and reporting skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
