Assoc Customer Satisfaction Engineer

Role and Responsibilities

• Support & Follow Aptiv Policy
• Support Quality Objectives & EOS System
• Ensure on time response to customer concerns / WIR      
• Collect & report Quality (FTQ) data
• Participation in shop floor  Improvement teams
• Maintain shop floor business records
• Achieve & maintain Business Plan Quality Targets
• Shop floor supervision assembly & cutting Problem solving teams
• Operator release/re-certification
• ECN Coordinator
• Harness Safety Characteristic
• Stoppage the line in case of any abnormal condition.
• Customer Audits and observation closure coordinator
• Warranty coordinator/Joint analysis at
• Customer end & Plant.
• Daily FTQ analysis
• Ensure that all EOS systems / procedures are followed at all times.
• Collect the quality data from the shopfloor for various processes.
• Take part in teams constituted for shopfloor improvement
• Ensure implementation of improvement plans on shopfloor
• Ensure the records are maintained as per the defined procedures
• Ensure effective implementation &  maintenance of quality system
• Supervise Quality Auditors on the shop floor
• Ensure that all customer and internal quality requirements are being met on the shop floor
• Report deviations from systems and ensure corrective actions
• System/Product/Process Audit
• Identify and review the problem solving techniques
• Implement these problem solving techniques in all areas

Education and Qualification :

Diploma/ BE / B.Tech - Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Min 4 - 8 years’ experience in W/H manufacturing Industry & Quality
