Job Description
Manages the overall Kaizen related activities to Improve Productivity, Head count reduction, JPH Change, New model SOP in Main line and Secondary logistics.
Responsible for providing support to the Trim Shop at the Vehicle Production Plant by identifying process improvements to achieve the Productivity Target on Monthly Basis.
