Job Title - Senior Engineer / Lead Engineer (SOF & SOC Electrical)

Are you the one?

• Educational Qualification - B.E / B.Tech., (EEE)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the elevator industry or a related field.
• Create detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of elevator systems, including mechanical, electrical, and control components.
• Ensures all designs comply with Safety codes & Standards (E.g. EN81 standards).
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for any design-related issues
• Proficiency in Auto CAD / E-Plan / Vertex.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

What will you be doing?

• Analyses contracts and specifications for equipment and selects the right products for the required solution
• Designs drawings and/or material lists for the solution
• Takes safety, maintenance and manufacturability aspects into account and designs environmentally sustainable solutions when possible.
• Cost understanding of solutions and components.
• Updates order progress to other stakeholders on a timely basis
• As a member of an engineering team, shares his/her knowledge and skills with colleagues and participates actively in meetings and workshops.
• Works independently on the assigned tasks and delivers the required results on time.
• Develops engineering & related functions/processes/tools.
• Applies a customer service mind set.
• Complies and performs according to the Service Level Agreement between SL/FL
• May act as a local trainer and act as a meeting coordinator, typically in the local responsibility area.
