Senior Engineer - Cloud & Infra Management

Role description

Job Summary

• We are looking for a Google Cloud Administrator with 3 to 5 years of experience to manage and maintain our cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform.
  
  
• GCP The ideal candidate will be responsible for cloud deployment security monitoring and troubleshooting while ensuring high availability and performance of cloudbased applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy configure and manage Google Cloud services Compute Engine Cloud Storage Cloud SQL GKE IAM VPC etc
  
  
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability scalability and security
  
  
• Implement and manage IAM roles and permissions to enforce security best practices
  
  
• Automate cloud operations using Terraform or Python scripts
  
  
• Set up and manage CICD pipelines for cloudbased applications. 
  
  
• Troubleshoot network storage and compute issues in GCP.
  
  
• Manage logging and monitoring using Prometheus or similar tools.
  
  
• Work with security best practices such as encryption firewalls and compliance policies.
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams for cloud optimization.
  
  
• Handle cost optimization by analyzing resource utilization

Required Skills Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in managing GCP environments
  
  
• Handson experience with Compute Engine Cloud Storage Cloud SQL IAM VPC Kubernetes GKE and Cloud Functions
  
  
• Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code IaC
  
  
• Strong knowledge of Linux administration and basic networking
