SENIOR ENGINEER (SE_QLT) QUALITY

Education - BE in Civil Engg

Technical Experience- 7-12 yrs.

Special attention -

- Develop, implement, communicate, and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company’s Quality Management Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements. 

- Expertise in preparation of ITP, QAP, Work methodologies/procedures, and activity checklists.

- In-depth knowledge of Material and product testing procedures, frequency of testing, acceptance criteria, IS Code references.

- Prepared weekly and monthly project Quality Reports like Project Quality Reports, Quality Walks, corrective & Preventive Action Reports, etc

- Preparing Audit reports for management with root cause analysis and remedial measures.

- Ensure tests and procedures are properly carried out and evaluated and that product modifications are investigated to create, update, and maintain the project-specific quality control reports.

- To ensure that the materials are stored appropriately and are acceptable for use in the project.

- Preparation of daily site Inspection reports & monthly MIS reports (Preparation and closing out NCR, corrective action, and preventive action).

- Maintaining & sharing Lessons Learned.

- Establishing an internal material testing laboratory for RCC finishes work.

- Monitor & review all QA QC activities on site.
