- Grade SpecificYour Role:Create innovative Business solutions for new pursuits in BFSI (BCM & Insurance)Responsible for responding to RFIs, RFPs & RFQsSupport existing engagements by providing solutions with value adds and differentiators Support existing engagements on renewalsPerform due diligence and provide report outStreamlined and reengineered processes for business Optimization in Banking and InsuranceAnalyze commercial proposition for competitiveness Fair understanding of competition on capability and pricingSupport and guide the solution team across geographies globallyAttend orals and client meeting to present the solutionsLead Generation/Demand creation & go-to-market strategy to create pipeline Perform deal qualification & Win/loss analysisMaintain repository of capability, pursuits, Go/No-go, SFR, win/loss analysis Your Profile:Strong Banking & Insurance domain knowledge5 to10 years of experience as solution lead in any leading MNCs and overallexperience of ~10-15 years as per company requirement for each gradeExperience in leading large pursuits in Banking & InsuranceAbility to develop proactive pitches & GTM for BFSI clientsInteract with analyst firms (like Everest & Gartner) to discuss RFI which decides market ratingsExperience in providing solutions irrespective of geographies
