Were Hiring | Senior Embryologist (8+ Years Experience)

We are looking for an experienced Embryologist with 8+ years of hands-on experience to join our advanced and state-of-the-art IVF facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and manage all embryology lab procedures including IVF, ICSI, embryo culture, grading, vitrification, and thawing.
• Handle semen analysis, sperm preparation, oocyte retrieval support, and embryo transfer support.
• Maintain strict adherence to lab protocols, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Ensure proper maintenance, calibration, and validation of embryology lab equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and lab data as per ART/NABH guidelines.
• Work closely with fertility consultants, clinicians, and nursing teams to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.
• Mentor and guide junior embryologists and lab staff.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in lab processes, success rates, and patient safety.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience as an Embryologist in a reputed IVF / fertility center.
• Strong hands-on exposure to advanced IVF techniques and lab management.
• In-depth knowledge of ART regulations, NABH standards, and quality compliance.
• Proven ability to work independently and handle high-volume IVF cycles.
