Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Elixir Developer to join our backend engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in functional programming, scalable backend development, and real-time system design using Elixir/Phoenix.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend systems using Elixir and Phoenix Framework.
• Build scalable and reliable APIs and microservices.
• Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.
• Collaborate closely with product, frontend, and DevOps teams.
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and technical planning.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of backend development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Elixir and Phoenix.
• Deep understanding of OTP, GenServer, and concurrency models.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, or similar databases.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, etc.).
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills
