Job Description:

We are looking for an experiencedSr. Electrical Design Engineer with 36 years of experience in the electrical design domain, preferably within theindustrial segment . The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in electrical systems design, layout development, and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform essentialdesign calculations includingshort circuit analysis, earthing, lighting, cable & equipment sizing , andLPS (Lightning Protection System) design .
• Work closely with detailing teams to prepareconstruction-ready drawings such as lighting layouts, power distribution, cable trays, routing, schedules, LPS, and earthing layouts.
• Design and layoutELV and IT systems , including structured cabling, CCTV, and security systems.
• PrepareBOQ/BOM for entire electrical works as per project requirements.
• Ensure design compliance with applicableIS, NBC, and IEC standards .
• Conductroutine inspection and testing of equipment .
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills & Qualifications:

• B.E. / B. Tech / M.E. / M. Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• 910 years of experience in electrical system design (industrial projects preferred).
• Proficiency inAutoCAD, Dialux, ETAP , andMS Office tools.
• Strong understanding of national and international electrical standards.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred:

• Candidates fromGujarat will be preferred.
