About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Education Sales Consultant to join HM Aviation. In this role, you will play a key part in driving the organization's sales growth by increasing student enrolments and strengthening our market presence. You will be responsible for proactively calling and engaging with student leads received by the organization, clearly explaining HM Aviations training programs, fee structures, eligibility criteria, and career pathways. Your primary objective will be to convert qualified leads into successful enrolments, directly contributing to the organization's revenue growth.

This role demands a strong sales mindset, excellent persuasion skills, and the ability to build trust quickly with prospective students. You should be highly confident in handling objections, closing enrolments, and consistently achieving conversion and revenue targets.

The ideal candidate has a proven art of sales, thrives in a target-driven environment, and is passionate about turning opportunities into results.


Experience: 2 Years and above

Location: Rajouri Garden , Delhi | Full-Time

Requirement: B2C Sales


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive student enrolments and contribute meaningfully to the organizations revenue growth through strategic outreach and consistent performance.
  • Engage proactively with prospective students through well-timed calls and follow-ups on assigned leads, ensuring no opportunity is overlooked.
  • Communicate program details with clarity and confidence, including eligibility criteria, fee structures, and potential career pathways.
  • Evaluate prospects thoughtfully to identify qualified candidates and convert high-potential leads into confirmed enrolments.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with students and parents through professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented interactions.
  • Address concerns and objections with confidence, applying effective sales strategies to guide prospects toward informed enrolment decisions.
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date records of all student interactions, progress tracking, and conversion outcomes.
  • Consistently achieve or surpass assigned enrolment, revenue, and conversion targets through focused execution and accountability.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to deliver a smooth and positive enrolment and onboarding experience.
  • Uphold the highest standards of ethical counselling, ensuring alignment with organizational values, professional integrity, and regulatory compliance.


Skills Required:

  • Excellent sales , negotiation and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, sales or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in sales.
  • Prior experience in successfully selling high - value education programs is highly preferred and will be considered as a plus.
  • Experience in the Aviation Industry. (Can be a big plus)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
