Neha Sharma Label is a premium fashion brand with a strong offline presence and growing online sales across marketplaces and D2C. We are looking for a hands-on ecommerce leader to stabilize, optimize, and scale our online channels.

This is an execution-first role with real ownership.

• End-to-end management of marketplaces (Myntra, Nykaa & expansion platforms).
• Daily monitoring of listings, pricing, discounts, visibility, and performance.
• Direct coordination with marketplace account managers (calls, emails, escalations).
• Order tracking, return monitoring, cancellation control, and rating improvement.
• Inventory alignment across platforms to avoid stock-outs and overselling.
• Optimization of product listings (titles, content, attributes, images).
• D2C (Shopify) product management and basic funnel improvement.
• Weekly reporting of revenue, sell-through, conversion, and operational gaps.
• Identifying and fixing revenue leakages proactively.

You will be expected to work hands-on inside dashboards not manage from a distance.

• 48 years of hands-on ecommerce experience (fashion preferred).
• Proven experience directly managing Myntra and/or Nykaa seller accounts.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Clear understanding of marketplace discount mechanics and performance levers.
• Detail-oriented, aggressive in follow-ups, and solution-driven.
• Comfortable in a high-accountability environment.

If you have only coordinated ecommerce and not personally managed dashboards, this role is not suitable.
