Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Executive International Ecommerce to manage and grow the brands presence across international ecommerce marketplaces. The role involves managing marketplace operations, executing marketing and promotional strategies, optimizing product listings, and ensuring efficient inventory management to drive revenue growth in global markets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketplace Management
- Manage the brands presence on international ecommerce platforms such as Amazon and other regional marketplaces.
- Ensure product listings are optimized with accurate content, images, and pricing.
- Monitor marketplace performance and implement strategies to improve visibility and sales.
2. Sales & Growth Strategy
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets across international markets.
- Identify new opportunities to expand the brands presence in global ecommerce markets.
3. Advertising & Promotions
- Plan and manage advertising campaigns and promotional activities on marketplaces.
- Track campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics such as conversion rate, ROAS, and traffic.
4. Product Launch & Assortment Planning
- Support new product launches with effective go-to-market strategies.
- Manage product assortment and ensure availability based on market demand.
5. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze sales data, customer insights, and marketplace performance using tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Generate reports and provide recommendations to improve business performance.
6. Inventory & Supply Coordination
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stock-outs.
- Work closely with supply chain teams to manage demand forecasting and order planning.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, supply chain, and finance for smooth marketplace operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ecommerce platform partners.
Candidate Requirements
- 23 years of total work experience, with at least 2 years in ecommerce.
- Experience managing marketplaces like Amazon or other ecommerce platforms.
- Exposure to international ecommerce marketplaces is preferred.
- Experience in beauty, personal care, or FMCG industry is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
