Senior Draftsman – Parking & Roads (CAD Specialist)

We are expanding operations and seeking a Senior Draftsman (Parking & Roads) to support our finance operations in Pune, India.

Role Description

The Senior Draftsman will play a key role in the planning, design, and optimization of parking and internal road layouts for a wide range of developments including residential, commercial, mixed-use master plans, and institutional projects

The role requires strong technical drafting expertise, parking efficiency optimization, and a keen eye for aesthetics and layout clarity, aligned with international and regional standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed parking layouts, circulation plans along with the signage and road marking.
• Optimize parking supply through efficient bay arrangements, driveway widths, ramp geometry, and circulation logic.
• Develop drawings for Basement, podium, and surface parking
• Design Drop-off / pick-up (PUDO) areas for Taxi and Buses
• Service and fire access routes
• Ensure compliance with local authority standards, international guidelines, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with traffic engineers, planners, and design teams to integrate parking solutions seamlessly.
• Maintain high drafting quality with clear linework, layering standards, and presentation aesthetics.
• Review and update drawings based on authority and client comments.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in parking design.
• Proven experience working with consultancy firms or organizations involved in parking design and optimization.
• Strong expertise in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• In-depth understanding of Parking standards and geometric requirements
• Vehicular circulation and maneuvering analysis
• Ramp slopes, turning radii, and clearance requirements
• Artistic and aesthetic mindset with strong layout presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with GCC / Middle East projects is highly preferred.
