Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Draftsman with extensive experience in preparing high-quality construction and shop drawings. The role focuses on detailed drafting, documentation, and supporting BIM-based projects in coordination with BIM Modelers and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed Architectural / Structural / MEP drawings and model using AutoCAD and Revit
• Develop GFC, IFC, shop drawings, and as-built drawings
• Assist in BIM model updates based on design changes and site inputs
• Extract drawings and basic quantities from BIM models
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams for drawing clarifications
• Maintain drawing standards, revisions, and documentation records
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and standards

Software Skills

• AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Revit (Architecture / Structure / MEP Mandatory)
• Navisworks (basic knowledge preferred)

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• BIM certification is an added advantage

• Good understanding of construction drawings and execution
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
