• 20,000 50,000/month for 34 years of experience
• Up to 70,000/month for 5+ years of experience (Senior Level)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer with strong expertise in both legacy .NET Web Forms and modern .NET Core technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

This role requires hands-on experience with .NET Core 8.0, C#, MudBlazor, SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure, along with the ability to support mixed development patterns in enterprise applications.

Key ResponsibilitiesSoftware Development & Delivery

• Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from requirement analysis and design to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Develop clean, scalable, secure, and maintainable applications using C# and .NET technologies.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs following integration and security best practices.

Design & Architecture

• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to application architecture decisions for both legacy and modern systems.

Legacy & Modern Application Support

• Maintain and enhance applications built using VB.NET and ASP.NET Web Forms (.NET Framework 4.7).
• Work with ASP.NET Core / .NET Core 8.0 for modern application development.
• Support mixed development patterns, deciding when to use postbacks vs AJAX updates.

UI & Frontend Collaboration

• Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using MudBlazor.
• Ensure UI consistency using templates, CSS Grid, and responsive design principles.
• Collaborate with front-end developers using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular or React (nice to have).

Database & Performance Optimization

• Design and maintain SQL Server databases, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize applications for scalability and reliability.

Cloud & DevOps

• Deploy and maintain applications using Microsoft Azure services such as App Services, Azure SQL, Blob Storage, and Azure Functions.
• Work with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and Git for version control and automated deployments.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to a high-quality engineering culture.
• Work closely with DevOps, QA, and product teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Documentation

• Create and maintain technical documentation, system designs, and operational procedures.

Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills

• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core (preferably .NET Core 8.0)
• Experience with ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, and Web API
• Hands-on experience with VB.NET and ASP.NET Web Forms (.NET Framework 4.7)
• Experience with MudBlazor for modern UI development
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, including database design, queries, stored procedures, and optimization
• Experience with Entity Framework Core
• Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services
• Knowledge of Git, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines

Additional Skills (Nice to Have)

• Exposure to front-end frameworks like Angular or React
• Experience with AWS (optional)

Experience & Education

• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in .NET development
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• (MCA candidates are also welcome)
