Job Summary

As a Dotnet Developer , you will spearhead software development initiatives, providing technical leadership to a team of developers and ensuring the delivery of robust, scalable, and secure .NET applications. You will play a key role in solution architecture, code development, DevSecOps pipeline implementation, and production support. This position requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions in a cloud-native and Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Solutioning & Architecture

• Collaborate with business teams and product owners to ideate, design, and propose scalable solution architectures.
• Govern implementation to ensure alignment with proposed designs and architectural standards.
• Work with architects to design and align reusable libraries and frameworks.

Technical Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of .NET developers in daily technical tasks and long-term growth.
• Support development teams by providing technical guidance, performing code reviews, and solving complex technical challenges.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications using .NET Core or newer versions.
• Ensure compliance with best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.

DevSecOps, CI/CD & Cloud

• Improve software quality using cloud-native and Agile development practices.
• Create, configure, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using DevSecOps principles.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, enterprise, applications, and security teams to set up environments, integrations, and deployment pipelines.
• Work with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) for application development and deployment; cloud certification is preferred.

Quality Assurance & Support

• Assist QA teams in test automation, identify technical bottlenecks, and propose solutions.
• Participate in production support activities, ensuring quick turnaround for incidents and problem resolution.
• Ensure performance, reliability, and responsiveness of applications.

Microservices & Modern Engineering

• Work with distributed microservices architecture and implement scalable solutions using .NET Core or newer frameworks.
• Apply microservices principles, patterns, and best practices.
• Leverage containerization and cloud-native technologies where applicable.

What We Are Looking For

Experience & Qualification

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in application development, solution design, and business analysis.
• Strong experience in .NET Core, C#, Angular 11+, and databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL/MS SQL).

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of solution architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with microservices, containers, and DevSecOps technologies.
• Cloud development experience on Azure/AWS/GCP; cloud certification is an advantage.
• Familiarity with security and compliance processes (change, incident, problem management).

Soft Skills

• Excellent leadership and team mentoring abilities.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to multitask and deliver results under tight timelines.
