Senior Dot Net Full-Stack Developer

Your Team Responsibilities

• Build and maintain .NET backend services and React front-end applications.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, improve code quality, and streamline engineering workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, DevOps, UX, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality, production-grade solutions.
• Implement backend logic using SQL Server and optimize data access and processing for scalability and performance.
• Provide production support, ensuring reliability and stability of services and AI-enabled features.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain .NET Core / .NET services and React applications supporting user-facing and internal capabilities.
• Integrate AI-powered capabilities into applications (e.g., intelligent search, automated insights, conversational features).
• Apply AI-assisted engineering tools in daily development to boost productivity, automate repetitive tasks, and improve delivery speed.
• Implement backend workflows and SQL Server procedures to handle large datasets efficiently.
• Ensure scalability, performance, observability, and security across applications and data flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver maintainable, high-impact solutions aligned with business needs.
• Support and troubleshoot production systems, including AI-enabled components.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

• Strong software engineering fundamentals: object-oriented programming, system design, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience building production systems using .NET Core (APIs, middleware, dependency injection).
• Hands-on experience developing front-end applications using React, including component design and state management.
• Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve coding efficiency and accelerate delivery.
• Strong SQL Server expertise: stored procedures, query tuning, schema design, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automation, monitoring, and modern DevOps practices.
• Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams.
