Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multi-disciplinary forensic investigations involving data analytics, digital evidence review, and structured interviews.
- Oversee engagements across domains such as internal fraud, third-party misconduct, regulatory breaches, and governance lapses.
- Develop and implement robust eDiscovery and digital forensics strategies using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
- Supervise teams conducting structured email reviews, transaction testing, and process walkthroughs, ensuring defensibility and documentation best practices.
- Work closely with clients and legal teams on internal inquiries, regulatory responses, and code of conduct violations.
- Guide ESG-linked forensic reviews and help embed ethical practices into operational frameworks.
- Drive risk-based reviews including FCPA/ABAC assessments, third-party due diligence, and business partner integrity checks.
- Collaborate with our data science and analytics teams to design dashboards and monitoring tools that detect anomalies and patterns.
- Lead training programs and awareness sessions on investigation methodology, fraud prevention, and compliance monitoring.
- Act as a subject matter expert in cross-functional settings, including interactions with legal, compliance, and audit stakeholders.
- Contribute to internal practice development initiatives, thought leadership, and go-to-market strategies.
Preferred Experience and Profile:
- 12+ years of experience in forensic consulting, risk advisory, or internal audit with a significant focus on technology-led investigations.
- Strong exposure to conducting whistleblower investigations, forensic reviews, and third-party risk assessments in large global organizations.
- Experience handling eDiscovery workflows including data collection, processing, and review using platforms such as Relativity, Nuix, or similar.
- Familiarity with FCPA, UK Bribery Act, and related anti-corruption frameworks.
- Hands-on knowledge of red flags in procurement, travel & expense fraud, inventory manipulation, and financial statement fraud.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships, engagements, and project teams across geographies.
- Exceptional communication and report-writing skills with the ability to present complex findings clearly to senior stakeholders.
Preferred Certifications:
- Certifications such as CFE, CCEP, or related investigative or compliance credentials are desirable.
- Technical certifications in digital forensics or eDiscovery (e.g., EnCE, CEDS) are a plus but not mandatory.
