Senior Project Director, Significant Developer - Hyderabad

Position Overview

The Senior Project Director will lead and oversee the delivery of comprehensive programme management services for a portfolio of residential projects. This is a senior leadership role requires strategic thinking, operational excellence, excellent communication skills and the ability to drive business growth while ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute strategies for programme management and delivery
• Broaden and deepen the client relationship
• Identify and win additional work with the client
• Lead strategic planning and resource allocation decisions
• Identify other external opportunities for the PDS business

Programme Operations Management

• Oversee end-to-end project delivery
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, budgets, and timelines
• Standardised programme and project management processes
• Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of project managers and specialists
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and client-centricity
• Conduct performance management and talent development initiatives
• Build cross-functional relationships across JLL service lines

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as key client contact
• Manage all client escalations
• Ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction
• Identify new business opportunities and service expansion
• Present to C-level executives and key stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
• Master's degree (MBA/MS) preferred
• PMP, LEED AP, or other relevant certifications advantageous

Experience

• 15+ years in project management, development, or construction
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles
• Proven track record in commercial real estate or related industry
• Experience managing large-scale, complex projects ($50M+)

Technical Skills

• Expertise in project management methodologies and tools
