Job Description
Your role and responsibilities:
Lead a team of 12 delivery professionals and ensure they have the skills and tools they need to be effective in their roles.
Champion delivery quality and best practice development methodology
Actively guide, coach and develop team members.
We combine technical expertise with leadership to articulate technical complexity and unblock teams.
Act as a senior point of project critical issues for all NME workstreams within the global program of work.
Balance competing priorities and associated risks across the team.
We collaborate within NME and across other Nasdaq product teams, establishing strong lines of communication and partnership to achieve Nasdaq’s business objectives.
Coordinate and manage major client incidents.
Own and manage the end-to-end problem management process.
Ensure documentation of BCP processes are in place and accurate.
We expect you to have
- A seasoned leader with 12years of experience and at least 8 years of relevant experience running cross functional delivery teams.
- Hands on management of technical programs of work within financial services.
- Confident decision-maker with excellent people skills.
- Thrives in an agile, fast-paced, and multifaceted business environment.
- Experience working on a product and / or on the vendor side!
Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members.
Track record of developing and maintaining relationship with customer of all levels, including senior management and C-Level executives, both internally and externally!
Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
