REQUIREMENTS

• Overall 8+ years of IT experience
• 3-5 years of related professional experience, analysing business, systems, and user processes
• Strong customer and user focus, relationship management and ability to collaborate across a matrix organization.
• 3+ years of experience as a product owner
• 3+ years of experience in managing requirements for Web Application development
• 2+ years of experience with the Agile methodology
• Product Owner certification (CSPO from Scrum Alliance) - Preferred
• Demonstrated ability to communicate appropriately to ensure a team’s success.
• Domain expert in business applications
• Strong accountability planning/organization, and teamwork
• Highly developed interpersonal skills to deal with sensitive, emotional, or potentially controversial situations.

• Previous experience with Agile methodologies and working with a cross-functional team.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, both oral and written
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
