To accelerate our growth, were looking for a dynamic Senior Digital Marketing Manager who can lead multi-channel digital strategies, build brand visibility, and drive user acquisition at scale.
Role OverviewAs the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will own ParentShalas digital presence across paid, owned, and organic channels. You will strategize, execute, optimize, and measure high-impact campaigns that bring parents, educators, and partners closer to our mission.
This role demands strong experience in EdTech/consumer-facing platforms, deep understanding of user psychology, and a data-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities Digital Strategy & Leadership- Build and execute 360 digital marketing strategies across performance, organic, social media, SEO, and content.
- Lead growth-focused marketing initiatives to increase traffic, conversions, and retention.
- Manage and mentor a small team of marketing specialists, designers, and content creators.
- Plan and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Manage CAC, ROAS, and funnel-based marketing for parent acquisition.
- Conduct A/B tests, landing page optimization, and audience segmentation.
- Oversee content strategyvideos, blogs, reels, community posts, parenting tips, expert sessions.
- Strengthen ParentShalas voice across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with designers and video editors for brand-consistent creative output.
- Lead SEO roadmapkeyword strategy, technical SEO, backlinking, content optimization.
- Improve website performance to boost organic growth and lead generation.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and CRM dashboards.
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
- Support influencer collaborations, school partnerships, and expert-led webinar promotions.
- Work with product, sales, and community teams to build integrated marketing workflows.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing, ideally in EdTech, Parenting, or Consumer Internet.
- Proven expertise in performance marketing , SEO , social media , and content strategy .
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, user acquisition, and analytics.
- Experience running large-scale paid campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and team leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced growth environment.
