Senior DFT Engineer

Job Title: DFT Engineer (48 Years)

Location: Bangalore

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced DFT Engineers with strong hands-on expertise and debugging skills. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently and driving DFT activities with minimal guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on end-to-end DFT implementation and validation
• Perform ATPG pattern generation, coverage analysis, and debug
• Debug and fix DRC violations
• Handle timing and non-timing simulations with detailed debug
• Work on MBIST pattern generation, simulation, and debugging
• Support memory repair and fault model analysis

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Tessent-based DFT flow
• Hands-on expertise in ATPG, Scan, MBIST, and memory repair
• Good understanding of logic and memory fault models
• Experience in advanced DFT concepts: IJTAG, SSN, LBIST, Power-Aware DFT
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
