We are looking Lead developer who has experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud - MC Personalization. Experience should be between 5 to 8 years for Pune Location.

What You'll Do:

 

• The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform
• This role requires a deep understanding of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and its associated technologies.
• The Senior Developer will work closely with our marketing team to create personalized customer journeys, automate marketing processes, and optimize our marketing campaigns.
• This role requires a high level of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.
• Develop, test, and deploy marketing strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools, particularly MC Personalization, MC Intelligence, and Interaction Studio
• Collaborate with marketing teams to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers, including code reviews and mentoring.
• Continually evaluate and optimize marketing strategies based on data analysis and performance metrics.

 

Expertise You'll Bring:

 

• Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud - MC Personalization: The candidate must have a deep understanding of personalization features in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including content personalization, dynamic content, and personalization strings.
• Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud - MC Intelligence: The candidate should have a strong grasp of MC Intelligence, including predictive intelligence, web and mobile analytics, and data management.
• Mastery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Interaction Studio: The candidate should have extensive experience with Interaction Studio, including real-time interaction management, next-best-action, and customer journey orchestration.
• A bachelor?s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Email Studio
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Mobile Studio. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Social Studio. Understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Advertising Studio. Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Data Studio. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Journey Builder
• Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Audience Studio. Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud ? Datorama. Understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud ? Pardot. Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Commerce Cloud
