Senior Developer

Developer (Python & PHP) with Data skills

The Role.

Were looking for a full-time developer with strong Python and PHP skills, and a solid understanding of data, to join our small, hands-on team.

Youll work directly with the founders and existing development team, across the entire product lifecyclefrom feature building, to bug hunting.

This is a full-stack, data-heavy role, and we need someone who can move fast, think independently, and reason clearly about data, ETL pipelines and Business Analytics.

A big part of this role is working with real-world, messy data: analyzing it, transforming it, and using it to power product features and decisions. You dont need a PhDbut you should be comfortable thinking like a data scientist when the problem calls for it.

Tech & Other Requirements:

Language proficiency: English C1-C2 level

Time zone availability: 09:00 17:00 CET (Central European Time) working hours

Flexible working hours can be arranged with prior alignment.

Advanced knowledge of the following technical skills required:

Python (data analysis, scripting, back-end logic, AI, Orchestration, RAG)

PHP (Laravel)

ProstgreSQL / Data Modeling / ETL pipelines

APIs, Workflow automation

Intermediate knowledge of the following technical skills required:

React, CSS

Nice to have skills:

AWS Cloud & Dev Ops fundamentals

Ontology & Knowledge Graphs (LangChain, or similar AWS managed services)

If youve worked with analytics, statistics, experimentation, or ML-adjacent toolinggreat. If not, but youre eager and capable of learning quickly, that also counts.
