Design, develop, and maintain customizations in PTC Windchill (PDMLink, MPMLink, ProjectLink as applicable).
Customize Windchill UI, workflows, lifecycles, and business rules to meet enterprise requirements.
Develop and enhance Windchill Java-based extensions, including JSP, Servlets, and REST/SOAP integrations.
Implement and support Windchill OOTB configurations with minimal customization where possible.
Work on Windchill data model extensions, type & attribute management (IBAs), and access control rules.
Develop and maintain Windchill workflows using Workflow Designer and Java expressions.
Integrate Windchill with external systems (ERP, CAD tools, MES, downstream applications).
Perform system upgrades, patches, and migration support while ensuring customization compatibility.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Support production issues, performance tuning, and root cause analysis.
Prepare and maintain technical design documents and deployment artifacts.
Adhere to PTC best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
